The real estate will be sold in (3) different tracts to achieve the best and highest figure for the Estate. Total of 1,040 +/- acres are included in this sale. Tract One: Parcel ID - 450770600 Includes the home place with a heated steel building on a concrete floor and various other outbuildings on 240 +/- acres. UPDATE: The metal building is 40x72 in size.
